Our team
Dr. Brooke Colman, PsyD, LP
Dr. Colman is a licensed psychologist who provides psychotherapy, psychological testing, and consultation services. She brings a wide breadth of experience from hospitals, schools, primary care, and VA settings. Her areas of expertise include ADHD, autism, learning disorders, chronic pain, weight management, and behavioral concerns. She is a NAADAC Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and offers substance use evaluations. Dr. Colman is known for her collaborative, compassionate, and accessible approach.
Dr. Susan Gross, LP, ICAADC
Dr. Gross is a licensed psychologist specializing in high-risk mental health and substance abuse evaluations. She frequently conducts assessments for legal, medical, and educational contexts. Her specialties include depression, trauma, sexual assault, PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and anxiety. She is a certified SAP provider and also conducts readiness-to-return-to-school evaluations.
Zainab ELSibai
Zainab is a psychometrician based at our Westland office. She holds a BA in Psychology, a diploma in Special Education, and a master’s in Educational Psychology with a focus on tests and measurements. With nine years of experience in education and psychology, Zainab conducts testing for clients of all ages, including autism, ADHD, learning disorders, and cognitive decline.
Kevin Roberts, MA
Kevin joined Encore Psychology in 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience as a life coach focused on learning challenges and addiction. With a background in neuroscience, Kevin has participated in studies on tech addiction and has been featured on ABC’s 20/20 and BBC News. He works closely with individuals and families to support behavioral change, offering consultation, coaching, and support groups. Kevin is also the author of Cyber Junkie and Get Off That Game Now.
