Our forms are processed through HIPAAtizer, a HIPAA-compliant platform, so any information you share is handled securely. We do not load advertising or analytics trackers on this page. Insurance
Encore Psychology is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Blue Care Network (BCN), and Priority Health. We do not accept Medicaid or Blue Cross Complete. If your plan is not listed, private pay is available, and superbills are available on request for out-of-network reimbursement. See Fees and Insurance for the full picture.

What happens after you reach out
- 1.We receive your request. Reception reviews it and reaches back out, typically within one to two business days.
- 2.We coordinate the details. We confirm what you are looking for, answer initial questions, verify insurance where relevant, and find a time.
- 3.You begin with an intake. Evaluations start with an intake session so the process is built around your specific question.
The typical wait from first contact to first appointment is around six weeks. If your situation is time-sensitive (a school deadline, a court or agency date, an accommodations cutoff), tell us and we will do our best to accommodate it.
